THE MODEL
CLTFWW Trust is the owner of the land and issuer of the transparency reports and certifications that validate in time the health of the productive assets. CLTFWW Trust has the sole purpose of safeguarding the property use as Green productive asset for environmental objectives.
Education And Community-oriented
Costa Rica, with its vast network of national parks and protected areas, has positioned itself as a leader in environmental research, and primary forests are key spaces for students from schools and colleges, environmental science professionals, and the scientific community. These activities allow students and scientists to not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in data collection, species observation, and the analysis of ecological phenomena, and importantly, to appreciate nature and its beauty. Additionally, by involving the academic community in the active conservation of these spaces, greater environmental awareness is promoted, and a long-term commitment to the sustainability of the country and the planet is encouraged.

National and local governments, academia, think tanks, public, private, national and international financial institutions should collaborate to establish a regional PPP, (Public-Private Partnership), process to respond to a more inclusive, horizontal, democratic model that protects the region’s social-environmental resources.
